«New Workplace» for the JUUL Labs team in Switzerland

How do offices become living spaces and how can you inspire a team? Our aim is to motivate them with an attractive working environment — such as the new office of JUUL Labs Switzerland.

Our team took over the task from the core and shell construction up to the decoration at the very end. A smooth process within the given budget was guaranteed and everything was given by a single source — from the beginning to the completion. After sporty six weeks of conversion, the team moved into the new JUUL Labs world.

The office on 430 m2 at Gerbergasse 3 — a unique spot in the heart of Zurich — offers everything for a successful team.
The listed building was taken over in the state of core and shell construction. Different zones were created to meet the all the requirements of a working landscape. The 28 workplaces have been supplemented with meeting rooms, phone and meeting booths as well as lounge and informal meeting areas that break up the working landscape.

The client’s requirement was to get everything from one single source — and this is what they got!
As a general contractor, we were responsible from the planning up to the turnkey handover to the client. The JUUL team was thus able to focus on the daily business. All concerns of the future tenants and landlords were considered, building permits were obtained, meetings of technical planner were coordinated — we took over the construction management. The construction period from the start of construction to moving in was completed within six weeks — and the costs were below the budget.
