An innovative concept in the light of new challenges: assisted self-service! The branch of the Valais Kantonalbank in the Centre Energétique du Chablais close to Monthey is the first branch to be designed in line with the new concept. The light-filled rooms encourage open and lively interaction with customers and friendly conversation – just the way the people from Valais like it.
Inspired by its direct surroundings, oak laminate features add character to the new branch in the entrance to the Centre Energétique du Chablais. The bright, inviting design encourages close customer contact, providing space for natural, uncomplicated and direct interaction with and among the local people.
After developing and agreeing on the spatial concept, we then set about producing the partition walls (some of which are sound-proofed) and the furniture for the reception, the waiting area and the offices.
The new design concept has impressed the Valais Kantonalbank so much that more branches will follow in the coming years, designed in line with this concept. Always at the cutting edge: the design team from Gehri.
