Support for independence: One of our colleague’s brother, Pascal Schwarz, has taken over the Klostergasthaus Löwen in St. Urban.

The Klostergasthaus Löwen is located right next to the St. Urban monastery, a popular excursion destination. By taking over this traditional restaurant, Pascal Schwarz has given the region back its meeting place and, in collaboration with us, created a place where you feel at home. Cooking is his passion: he delights his guests with creativity and attaches great importance to the presentation of his dishes. Happy coincidence, as our passion is to create unique spaces in which both customers and employees feel good.

Gourmet reception room “Negral”: a gastronomic experience with pleasure and pure enjoyment

In the gourmet restaurant “Negral”, guests enjoy a culinary journey. Pascal Schwarz’s wish that his guests feel at home in his restaurant was the inspiration for our interior design concept. Pleasure and enjoyment are at the forefront of the culinary experience — just like our concept and the great collaboration.

We were responsible for the interior design concept, the furniture and various carpentry works. Many thanks to the entire Löwen team for their trust in us and our work. We wish you many enthusiastic guests !
