Obwalden is one of Switzerland’s mountain cantons. And so what is more appropriate than using the mountains with their charisma and diversity of natural materials as the central theme when redesigning the customer zone at the Obwalden Kantonalbank in Giswil?
The structured parquet, the laminated ceiling and the adjustable laminated wall of wood exude a sense of cosiness and warmth. A crystalline customer desk, a unique brand wall – a dry-stone wall of Guber granite from the Alpnach quarry, captured in a black metal frame – and plenty of glass provide distinctive accents in these light-filled premises. A place to feel well!
This inviting spatial concept by Gehri is now being replicated at other OKB locations. That’s something we are really pleased about.
