The bank in a hotel! Positive synergies in a relaxed atmosphere — an innovative project by Raiffeisen Pierre Pertuis. After a building survey meant that staying in its existing premises was no longer an option, the bank set about looking for a new solution for its presence in the region. One thing was clear from the outset: the bank wanted to continue to be a point of contact for its customers on the Diesse plateau. The Hôtel de l’Ours, which was gracefully renovated by Alexia Rufer following a fire, ultimately provided a new, harmonious ‘home’ for the new consulting branch.
Raiffeisenbank has leased two rooms on the ground floor of this tastefully and stylishly furnished hotel, that enjoys an excellent reputation. This allows bank customers to benefit from all the amenities and services the hotel has to offer, including the best coffee in the Bernese Jura (in the in-house coffee shop)! The hotel’s brand values and those of Raiffeisenbank are an impeccable fit: the hotel’s ‘service soigné’ is reflected in the quality of service delivered by the bank.
