Lavishly inviting and friendly, the newly-designed customer zone of the Glarus Kantonalbank is a response to changing customer needs at the headquarters in Glarus.
The renovation work on the façade of the Glarus Kantonalbank head office was a welcome opportunity to rethink the bank’s approach and to adapt to new requirements. We were responsible for the overall concept and the design of the customer zone, the consultation rooms and the team office. Thanks to the intuitive organisation of the premises, staff can react more efficiently and systematically to the needs of their customers.
