With the “Esprit Café” and a cosy atmosphere, the space invites you to linger. The design and materials reflect the natural surroundings, accents in red are reminiscent of flowers in a spring meadow. The circle as a symbol for togetherness and harmony reflects the basic idea of the concept and design as a recurring element.
The variety of dynamic uses and activities of the spaces make it possible to respond to the needs and rhythms of each individual, be they guests, customers or employees: Open zones with café and bar, semi-discrete meeting niches and islands, freely selectable workplaces, discrete, closed rooms, flexibly usable zones.
