Larissa Weingart (2nd year of apprenticeship) and Leonie Dellsperger (4th year of apprenticeship) participated in this year’s carpentry apprenticeship competition in which apprentices create and produce furniture on their own: from design to technical planing, manufacturing and assembly \u2013 while adhering to specific guidelines and evaluation criteria set by the association.<\/p>\n
From our side, we provided the materials and three working days. In addition, the two young women dedicated a significant portion of their free time to the production of their furniture. Tirelessly, they cut, sawed, milled, glued, sanded and refined to create true works of art that not only impressed but also convinced the jury.<\/p>\n
We congratulate Larissa and Leonie on this fantastic result and their well-deserved first places. We are proud to have such creative and talented young carpenters in our ranks. They represent the future of joinery and stand out for solid craftsmanship, commitment, innovation and enthusiasm for beautiful design.<\/p>\n
