Raiffeisenbank’s goal was to offer its customers the most pleasant experience possible by modernising the interior design — both online and offline. The investment in the redesign of the branches is part of the strategic plan to continue to operate successfully in the market. Raiffeisenbank relies on modern interior design tailored to the needs of its customers.
Raiffeisen focuses on modern, customer-friendly interior design
The increased commitment in this area ensures that the needs of customers are always at the centre of attention. The soft renovation includes the expansion of the ground floor area with multifunctional and consulting rooms, the customer reception, self-service devices and a customer desk to handle the still high volume of cash transactions.
Our mission
Our task was to strengthen the visibility in the outside area by means of new signage according to the corporate design as well as a lighting concept for the striking shop window front, allowing regional artists to present their works in the public space.
The interior design concept included the restructuring of the customer zone and targeted interventions, including the expansion of space, which made it possible to carry out the conversion during operation. We optimised the ergonomics, lighting and building services and gave high priority to cost-benefit efficiency.
Client quote: Cristiana Ferrari, member of the bank management
«After having visited various banks extensively, we decided to work with the Gehri team. Apart from the design, we were convinced by the quality, the detail design and the coherent atmosphere of the objects they created. We found the cooperation with Gehri to be reliable, characterised by a good cost/benefit ratio and high quality in the execution. We are pleased to work with a partner who offers such a comprehensive service portfolio.»
