New interior design for the Cantonal Bank of Fribourg in the Schoenberg district: small but nice

Reopening of the Schoenberg branch of the Cantonal Bank of Fribourg after complete refurbishment

back to objects overview

After more than 25 years of collaboration with our joinery, we are pleased to offer a new service to the Cantonal Bank of Fribourg for the first time by providing our support in the field of interior design. The result is a delight for employees and clients alike.

Schoenberg from yesterday to today, an urban environment in constant change

Inspired by the geometry of the Poya Bridge, the new brand wall of the Cantonal Bank of Fribourg Schoenberg stands out as the central element of the new branch design. This metal structure with its filled and blank spaces serves as a separating element between the staff and customer areas.

A series of layers of expanded metal — coloured and backlit — lends lightness and relief to the two new desks. Numerous colourful design elements create a vivid materiality and provide a cheerful atmosphere for customers and staff. With a capacity of five employees, this branch offers customers a variety of services on two floors, especially personal customer contact. The previously partitioned space is now open and expands into an area that encourages interaction.

We would like to sincerely thank the Cantonal Bank of Fribourg for their trust and Atelier C for the pleasant collaboration.
