Sneak Peek: Raiffeisen Glarus — building application submitted

Improved visibility, high-quality spaces and a welcoming ambience

back to overview

Raiffeisenbank Glarnerland is relocating to Hauptstrasse. At the end of last year, we were able to submit the building application for the new location — an important milestone for the project.

Following an in-depth feasibility study of both the existing premises and a potential new site, the bank — according to public media reports — decided to proceed with the relocation.

The new location strengthens the bank’s presence in the town centre and enables clearly structured, highly visible spaces with excellent quality of use and comfort. The contemporary design provides orientation, proximity and an open atmosphere for clients and employees alike. The project includes both the conversion and an energy-efficient refurbishment of the building.

We are delighted to be developing this project together with Fuchsbau Architekten, who are supporting the project as construction management partner, and we thank the client for the trust placed in us.

We will be happy to keep you informed about the next steps.
