After the last «Team on Tour» four years ago in Central Switzerland, this year we crossed the language border and visited projects where our team was involved. The experience of the spaces and the positive feedback from the users are a great motivation for us. Many thanks to all those who gave us an insight into their spaces and welcomed us with open arms.
Team play depends on each individual. The drum event at the end of the tour made this clear: listening to each other, understanding each other – and it works! It’s probably also the reason why we didn’t find the «Röstigraben» (humorous term describing the cultural differences between the german and the french speaking parts of Switzerland). We are looking forward to the next tour!
